Compressed air is impure, which can easily cause blockage of air passage, resulting in instability of air supply pressure and weft contraction of air jet loom textile machine due to uneven weft flight. Leakage of air passage components such as trachea, joint and control valve causes air pressure instability, which also affects the normal flight of weft yarn. The low temperature and humidity in the workshop, the relative increase of elasticity between fibers, and the decrease of friction force will cause the weft shrinkage of air jet loom textile machines to increase the reverse twist and twist force.
Compressed air impurity can be equipped with double-layer filter at the intake, which can be cleaned and maintained regularly. When moisture appears on the cloth surface, the drying system should be checked for normal operation. In daily maintenance, the solenoid valve should be cleaned carefully with the ultrasonic vibration instrument. Temperature and humidity in the workshop are unstable, which changes the properties of warp and weft yarns and affects the clearness of shuttle. It is necessary to adjust them in time. The temperature of air jet loom textile machines is 22 ℃ ~26 ℃, and the relative humidity is 72%~78%.
