Air jet weaving machine is mainly used for light, medium and heavy weaving or interwoven plain, twill, satin, corduroy and small jacquard fabrics made of woven cotton, chemical fiber, rayon and blended yarn. The water jet weaving machine mainly uses woven vegetable water-based filament synthetic fiber and chemical fiber blended light, medium and heavy fabric.
Advantages and disadvantages of grey cloth:
1.
Air jet weaving machine produces gray fabrics with more varieties of fine yarns and higher grades. The grey fabrics are mainly light and thin tencel fabrics. The rapier weaving machine generally has more varieties of coarse yarns and lower varieties. The fabrics are mainly heavy tencel fabric.
2. From the equipment, the jet weaving machine and rapier weaving machine are nothing more than weft insertion.
3. The raw material cost of weaving the same fabric is the same. Air jet weaving machine has a lower cost of weaving.
4. Weaving the commonality and opposite sex of T/R fabrics. The commonality is all burrs and can be the same size. The opposite sex is on the premise of the yarn count and the same specifications:
①The weight of air jet weaving machine is a little lighter.
②Flat fabrics produced by air jet weaving machine are flatter than rapier production.
③The shrinkage rate of air jet weaving machines will be correspondingly larger.
④The quality of the air jet yarn is better than the rapier.
