Strong frame structure of RW150 Air Jet Looms:
The robust frame structure of the air jet looms mainly composed of a strong box frame on both sides and beams, intermediate rocking supporters, which parts of the air jet weaving looms ensure the stable running and vibration resistance, also they ensure low noise and less vibration even at high speed on the wide loom.
Optimum designed link beating motion:
A 4-link beating motion that works excellently at ultra-high speed and a short connecting rod are used for standard air jet weaving looms. A 6-link beating motion with more time allowance for filling insertion is used for wider air jet looms, thus achieving more stable filling insertion.
Driving, rush start motor:
The rush start system of the air jet looms delivers high-power torque at starting, enabling increased beating power for first pick, eliminating stop marks, and contributing to high quality production.
