Practitioners in the electrical industry are familiar with processing equipment such as automatic thread winding machine. The technical requirements of the electrical industry increase with the application of the product, and the technical requirements of the winding machine increase with the requirements of the electrical industry. In recent years, WPS has continuously made efforts to invest in new technologies, which has greatly improved the machine type, function and precision of the winding machine. In order to meet the processing requirements of modern enameled wire, new requirements have been put forward for the design of the winding machine. The following is a brief introduction to the new design direction of the future winding machine.


1. Smarter servo drive system and sensing technology

The servo drive system was first applied to precision CNC lathes. With the continuous improvement of the precision requirements of the winding machine, the application of the servo system can improve the precision of the winding machine spindle and the cable arranging mechanism, and improve the winding degree of the processing coil.

2. Precision displacement transmission mechanism

There are many precision displacement parts in the automatic thread winding machine configuration.  These components are worn during use. The high-precision ball screw and guide rails greatly improve the accuracy of the various displacement parts of the winding machine and prolong the service life of these wear parts.


3. Low energy consumption and low noise mechanism configuration

With the implementation of energy saving and emission reduction in various industries, models with less power consumption will become the mainstream product series in the market. We have already paid attention to the selection of electrical components when designing. By reducing the energy consumption of the equipment through the application of new technologies, the configuration of various damping mechanisms and the application of low-noise mechanisms in the automatic thread winding machine enable the working noise of the equipment to be effectively reduced.
