The number of auto cone winder machine in China's cotton textile enterprises has accounted for more than 50% of the total volume of winders.It has been found in the production practice that the pipe yarn falling from the spinning yarn is wound up on the automatic winder to form the bobbin. The hairiness of the yarn has increased instead of decreasing, which adverse effects on the production and product quality of the later processes.
The tests have shown that the amount ofyarn hairiness increased 3.5-5.0 times as much as that of the original yarn after the yarn was processed into a bobbin by a
cone winder machine. The existence of yarn hairiness on the bobbin not only has a serious impact on weaving, especially on the weft flight of high-speed jet weft insertion, but also hinders the flight of weft and leads to the stopping of weft break, thus reducing the weaving efficiency of air-jet loom,affecting fabric appearance. According to statistics,30% of the weft stop of the air-jet loom is caused by the hairiness of the yarn.
Especially the fine count and high density fabric is the main reason for the weft stop of air-jet loom.Therefore,how to reduce hairiness of auto cone winder machine has become an important problem in textile production.
Analysis and research found that,the hairiness of auto cone winder machine mainly formed by the friction and collision between yarn and machine parts in the process of machining, and there are three main reasons.
