It adopts advanced digital electronic technology and changes the traditional mechanical transmission mode, which greatly simplifies the mechanical structure; the whole machine adopts the shell of fully enclosed sheet metal parts, reflecting the beautiful and generous features of the whole machine. The transmission box adopts single spindle to drive separately. In the aspect of controlling constant line speed, CPU and frequency conversion speed regulation technology are used to make the line speed reach constant in the winding process at each level.

The main motor and over-feeding motor of each spindle of precision cone winding machine is controlled by a separate frequency converter, so that the main motor and over-feeding motor can adapt to each other during the process of starting, running and stopping. It overcomes the defects of other precision winders,such as tangled wire, broken wire and bad forming caused by overfeeding in the process of starting and stopping. It makes the machine operation and use more convenient, more simple and the bobbin shape is better.

Precision cone winding machine is suitable for all kinds of filament fiber tight and loose winding. It especially can solve the current problem, fiber in the ultra-fine fiber, silk tight and loose into a tube. Hardness hp5 can be < 15. It is used for bobbin dyeing and preparation for bobbin unwinding (linear speed of bobbin unwinding can reach 800/min). Keyboard display panel can be programmed, adjusted and controlled; It can save data memory.
